Ok, so I have decided to finally start a blog on my business page, Printabledigidesigns.com.
It will be a mix of any thing I decide to write, business or personal.
A little about me...
I am 36 years old, married and mom of 3!
My oldest is (in feb) my 19 year old son, Alex, currently at Fort Gordon,GA training for the army.
My Middle Child is my wild child, my daughter Bryana, who just turned 13 (in Jan)
and my youngest is my sweet little Caleb, who just turned 10 in March.
I am a full time designer and I have been doing graphic design since 2010 (I have a degree in graphic design!) and recently have been getting into another love, photography. They intertwine so beautifully together.
I love being creative and being able to create beautiful things. My job is also my passion and my love.
Other things I love besides designing (and my family) is dark coffee with hazelnut creamer and whipped cream (love Starbucks kcups in anything dark-french roast or Sumatra). First thing in the morning is coffee and onto the computer to work after taking the kids to school!
I love being fit/ Working out, I work out daily 6 times a week with Tracy Anderson. I finally tried her workouts last year (after years of plyo and crazy beachbody workouts that did nothing for me) and fell in love with the transformation of my body after 3 kids! Its been almost a year and I completed two of the metamorphosis sets and now on to live streaming from her site! It is expensive but worth it. She plays a mix of music all different kinds, from rap (with cussing) dance, hip hop, pop, r&b, to instrumental. The workouts are between 1 hour and 75 min so far ( I have only been streaming for about 5 weeks). This week is the hardest so far, I had to lower my adjustable 5lb ankle weights that I usually use, to 3.75 lbs. I am extra sore everywhere this week with all the crazy moves! She changes the video for (ms) muscular structure every Wednesday. I am on the West coast, so between 5pm - 7pm California time is when the new weekly workout comes out!
She does an advanced ms (sometimes she adds a bonus advanced workout that is an hour!) and there is also beginners workout (30 min and 1 hour) The dance cardio and tava cardio on the site for streaming is separate from the muscular structure is not updated weekly. I think maybe once a month it looks like they change. I don't mind that though because I only do the cardio maybe 2 times a week. I have to say though from doing TA cardio I am much more coordinated and am a lot better of a dancer then before I started, where I was stiffer and could not swing/move my hips like I can now. It feels natural and not stiff. I am actually able to follow choreography so much better. So I have to say there are so many benefits to TA, from the little muscle lines I am seeing, to the flexibility, endurance & stamina, and just being able to move like a dancer, and it is so fun! I love her!!! PS: From all the plank work I can finally do 2 pull ups without jumping at all! My upper body is weak so this is a big thing for me!
I also love to watch reality tv shows with drama! (not any of the housewives shows tho, never seen any) The closest I got to that was when I was watching Mob Wives, R.I.P. Angela.
I love sweets, any chocolate or candy and cakes (not an ice cream girl tho). They are so hard to resist, but I try with Fiber one salted caramel and dark chocolate bars ~~~ yum!
